Hi, I’m Chanana

A certified Fertility Awareness Educator. After two unplanned pregnancies and over a decade of research, I teach women to prevent pregnancy naturally with 99.6% effective, hormone and guesswork free contraception. As a direct descendant of the Mujaji Rain Queens of Southern Africa, I weave together science with ancestral feminine wisdom, making my perspective unique in the natural birth control and holistic women’s health space.
